4 Weeks of Paid Time Off

You work hard for your days off, so we want to make sure you have plenty of them to enjoy with family and friends. We offer 4 weeks of paid leave that begins accruing the first day you start with us. Have something unexpected come up? No problem, we allow you to go negative up to 40 hours.

New Parent Benefits

This is a special time in your life and we want to make sure you’re there for it. We offer 80 hours of new parent leave to be used within the first 12 months after birth or adoption. The time can be spread out and used any way you’d like! We’ll also work with your customer to ensure schedule flexibility that adapts to your parental needs.
