4 Weeks of Paid Time Off
You work hard for your days off, so we want to make sure you have plenty of them to enjoy with family and friends. We offer 4 weeks of paid leave that begins accruing the first day you start with us. Have something unexpected come up? No problem, we allow you to go negative up to 40 hours.
11 Paid Holidays
We want to make sure you have enough opportunity to celebrate with family and friends, so we offer 11 paid holidays.
Medical, Dental and Vision
We offer 3 separate health plans, including an HSA, each with a $0 deductible and up to 100% of the premium paid for you and your family. Already covered? No problem, we give you a credit if you waive our healthcare.
Retirement
We carefully picked a high quality retirement package with low fees so your contribution goes farther. We match your contribution, and that contribution vests immediately. Each year, we also make an additional discretionary contribution.
New Parent Benefits
This is a special time in your life and we want to make sure you’re there for it. We offer 80 hours of new parent leave to be used within the first 12 months after birth or adoption. The time can be spread out and used any way you’d like! We’ll also work with your customer to ensure schedule flexibility that adapts to your parental needs.
